Thanks to a new partnership between Xbox Live and MovieTickets.com, Xbox Live users can now purchase tickets directly from their mobile phone.
When a film buff sees ads for a particular movie on the Live Dashboard (see image above), they can scan a Microsoft Tag off the screen, which takes them to a mobile site with information about the film and the option to buy tickets.
This is the first time on Xbox 360 that you can interact with advertisements through your mobile phone – pretty cool, huh?
