While the heat wave has been keeping the country busy trying to cook pizzas on the tarmac, Mitsubishi is using Microsoft Tag to teach their customers how to keep cool at home. By providing people with interactive and informational Tags on promotional material, Mitsubishi has taken the initiative to promote their products while showing folks what they can do to more efficiently cool their homes and even reduce allergens around the house. Tag has become an exciting tool for Mitsubishi in how they interact with their clientele and how they make sure their products are used to their fullest potential.

In fact, the folks at Mitsubishi have been so pleased with Tag and what it can do, they spoke on behalf of Tag at a Mobile Marketing Association webinar, “Make Marketing Campaigns Shine with 2D Barcodes,” last month. This effort was originally initiated by the Mitsubishi agency Definition 6, which is now interested in more potential formal partnerships in the future. The future is looking pretty cool with Tag to help Mitsubishi reach out to their customers. What more can you ask for these days?
