Are normal spy shows too serious (and too live-action) for you? Chances are, you're a fan of FX's animated spy comedy "Archer." The network is using Tag on the "Archer" Facebook page to connect fans with a free download of Archer wallpaper. Fans can pick one of four images from the show after scanning the Tag, and desktop wallpaper is also available.
This is a stellar example of when it makes sense to use Tags online. The Tag is a way to give fans instant gratification, and it's much easier than having them download a wallpaper image (which they might otherwise have to email to themselves and view on their phones in order to set it as phone wallpaper). Archerites get free digital content and the network gets to remind them of the show whenever they glance at their phones. Smart!
