When Acura created new brochures for its latest automobiles, it wanted to drive more customer engagement, so it incorporated 12 Microsoft Tags that linked to videos of the car's features. The custom Tags were color-matched to the page content, blending perfectly into the brochures.
More than 500,000 brochures were printed and distributed to Acura dealers nationwide. At last report, the Tags had been scanned by customers more than 9,500 times.
