Scandinavian Airlines wanted to find a solution to encourage customers to
use their frequent flyer miles instead of stacking them up. After some research
they found that a large base of their customer’s book flights when there are
two people sitting together to decide on a trip. Consulting CP+B to find a creative
marketing solution they decided to launch a 2 for 1 campaign called “Couple Up
to Buckle Up”. Using two unique QR codes across every touch point (emails, Facebook app, banners, print ads .etc couples would each scan the QR code
assigned to them. After each person scanned their assigned QR Code they would
be driven to a video based offer that would reveal the discount code split
