PlayPod provides instant access to individualized installation and maintenance data and customer service links as well as fun play tips. Once the 2D code is scanned, users are directed to a welcome screen with links to contact information for a local Playworld Systems representative and additional content including:
- Nuts & Bolts: Provides access to important maintenance documents, installation instructions, product numbers and much more
- Fun & Play Tips: Offers weekly play tips, the option to check-in at a playground via Facebook and more
